- For those seeking to meet ACR or ACC practice guidelines, we offer an intensive weekend Cardiac MRI course. As outlined in our CMR Workshop Brochure, participants receive didactic lectures, and then are divided into small groups of 3 or 4 for tutorials on scanning and analysis. Included in each course is a mentored review of 50 cardiac MRI cases. We have held more than 35 of these workshops and have received very favorable reviews. Click here to see the reviews of the 20 participants who took our CMR Workshop in October 2008. Space is limited, so we recommend registering well in advance. To reserve a space, you must complete and return our Registration Form. Our next course is June 4-6, 2010. The registration fee is $2,500.
- We also offer personalized visiting fellowships to physicians who are interested in observing cardiac MRI and/or cardiac CT cases being performed and interpreted live at our center. While the the schedule varies, generally we perform ~10 cardiac MRI and CT cases daily. In addition, we interpret cardiac MRI and CT cases that are sent to us from outside centers. Visitors have the opportunity to review hundreds of cases from our teaching files on their own workstations. This experience can be used to qualify for Level II or Level III certification as specified in the ACR guidelines and ACC guidelines. Click here for more information and pricing.

- We have one unfunded position for a physician who wants to devote one year to gain expertise in cardiac MRI and/or cardiac CT. To apply, please send your CV along with a cover letter describing your interests, what you hope to accomplish, and the dates in which you are interested.
